Aston Martin’s Ultra-Luxe NYC Homes Each Come With A Bespoke DBX
Having recently unveiled its first-ever private residence — a luxurious Sylvan Rock estate designed in collaboration with S3 Architecture — Aston Martin continues to flex its real estate portfolio with the addition of its latest project. In partnership with renowned architect Sir David Adjaye, the elite marque has outfitted five homes in New York City’s 130 William tower.
Located on the 59th and 60th floors of the high-rise, each apartment features an outdoor loggia that spans the entire length of residence. Inside, there are large living and dining areas fully furnished with a choice selection from the Aston Martin Home Collection by Formitalia. The master bedroom comes standard with luxury features such as a cashmere headboard and a spacious walk-in closet. In the two- and three-bedroom homes, buyers will have the option of customizing one of the rooms into a racing simulator, an office and library space, or a bedroom. And when it comes to the bathrooms, AM has fitted the homes with copious amounts of Italian marble, from a solid carved soaking tub to a private water closet. What’s more, each home will come with a bespoke DBX SUV exclusive to the collab. Prices range from $3.98 million to $11.5 million.
