Apple 4K and 5K iMacs
Although PCs currently reign king in the desktop computer market, the iMac is still chugging along. Apple has introduced a new line of iMacs, with a 21.5″ 4K Retina iMac and a 27″ 5K Retina model.
The new Retina displays feature a broader color spectrum than their predecessors, with the 4K and 5K having more lifelike images. The updated iMacs also have processors that are more powerful than their predecessors, with the 27″ having a sixth-generation Intel Core processor and the 21.5″ version having a fifth-generation processor with enhanced graphics. Each computer comes standard with 1TB of storage and 8GB of onboard memory, with the 4K being expandable to 16GB and the 5K being expandable to 32GB. The 21.5″ 4K iMac will debut at $1,499, and the 27″ version starts at $1,799. [Purchase]
