Apple 15-Inch MacBook Pro With Force Touch Trackpad

Those new Force Touch trackpads that recently debuted in Apple’s 13-inch MacBook Pro have now sashayed over to the 15-inch model. And if you’re in the market for a bigger screen, you’ll also be glad to get the improved flash storage (said to be twice as fast as its predecessor) and some other perks in the new computer.

Using subtle vibrations to simulate the feel of a click lets the Force Touch trackpad fit into a slimmer body. It also reacts differently depending on how forcefully you press it. Other upgrades include an improved AMD Radeon graphics processor for faster rendering with video editing, and a better battery. Compared to most of the competition, battery life in MacBooks has been great for a while now, but the newly updated 15-inch Pro will also feature an additional hour of juice, bringing it to an estimated 9 hours of cordless usage.
