We decided not to entertain Marvel’s “ant-sized” teaser trailer for Ant-Man released earlier this week, but today brings about the first full length trailer for the upcoming comic book adaptation – and this thing looks pretty awesome.
For years rumors of an Ant-Man movie had been circulating, and as Marvel fans, we were curious how the Disney-owned brand would tackle a big screen version. The first look seems promising, as Paul Rudd plays the small-time thief Scott Lang alongside one our favorite actors, Michael Douglas, who plays Dr. Henry Pym. After a few changes, Peyton Reed ended up as the film’s director. The movie is set to hit theaters on July 17th, and we imagine this will be another blockbuster for Disney.
