Stormtrooper armor was originally imagined only in white and then it was meant only for humans. In a show of true geek bravado and undeniable craftsmanship artist and designer Blank William has devised a set of the plastoid armor that is intended for animals, rather than people. Thus far the pieces include a helmet set for an elephant, a rhinoceros, and a hippopotamus. The designs have been made in both a line of white, honoring the classic look of original stormtroopers, and a black set that nods to the newer uniforms in The Force Awakens.
The black line is certainly suitable for any disciples of Vader with shiny, reflective materials. Accents are done in a shocking gold finish that is a little flashier than the sith lord, but captures the same functional aesthetic. The white line is sterling ivory in color with chrome where the others have gold.
