Adidas Yeezy Football Cleats

The world of high fashion is one thing, but sports? We’ll be honest. We weren’t exactly looking for Kanye West’s Yeezy Boost 350s or 750s on the field anytime soon. Yet here we are.

The polarizing rapper and designer’s signature silhouettes were gifted first to Denver Broncos football star Von Miller, who wore them for the first game of the season Thursday night, and then Houston Texan’s WR Deandre Hopkins. Both athletes shared images of their 1 of 1 gifts on social media, sending both sneaker-heads and sports fans into a tizzy. Given the high quality images both of the players posted, we’re guessing that this was less than a spur of the moment gift from ‘Ye and more of a carefully planned P.R. scheme. We’re not mad though. Say what you want about the man behind the design, but we think these shoes are great and are excited to see if they make their way to the broader market.
