Adidas Brazuca Camera Soccer Ball
Say what you want about soccer, but the World Cup easily beats the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and all collegiate sports when it comes to one thing: global competition. And the ultimate round robin tournament is back, as the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil promises to be one hell of a party.
Adidas is getting it started early with the Brazuca, a new ball that features a camera inside with six different lenses to capture 360° views of kicks , headers, and the occasional ant navigating through the grass. The ball is touring the world right now and being used in matches and pickup games from countries all over, with the footage then being released in episodic form once a week.
