Mercedes-Benz is looking to make the plunge into the world of electric supercars with the introduction of their SLS AMG Coupe Electric Drive version.

This all wheel drive blue beauty puts down an astounding 740 horsepower thanks to four independent electric motors found at each of the wheels. The technology infusion continues with a 400 volt liquid cooled lithium ion high voltage battery in the engine compartment to help power the electric motors. So what does all this mean for performance? Try a zero to sixty time in a blazing 3.9 seconds. As you can imagine that much technology, performance, and a paint job that pretty will definitely leave a hole in your pockets as this Mercedes-Benz will sell for $540,000.
