KTM Rolls Out An Upgraded & Retro-Liveried 500 EXC-F SIX DAYS Edition

First held in 1913 (and originally known as the ISDT), the International Six Days Enduro — or “ISDE” — is a legendary, grueling, multi-day race that pushes both man and machine to their limits. KTM and its off-roaders have long had a presence at this annual event and to celebrate its ties to the competition, the Ready To Race brand has been releasing special-liveried limited edition ISDT bikes, and the new 2022 model year is no exception as the Austrian outfit has just pulled the cover off of the EXC-F SIX DAYS special edition enduro bike.

Like previous Six Days Edition KTMs, the 2022 500 EXC-F SIX DAYS features numerous mechanical and component upgrades including a solid rear brake disc, a polyethylene tank, a composite skid-plate, orange-anodized machined triple clamps, adjustable aluminum handlebars fitted with ODI lock-on grips, a grippy blue and orange saddle, self-cleaning toothed metal foot-pegs, and spoked wheels with GIANT rims, aluminum spokes, and machined billet hubs. Adorned in a “playful” and retro-inspired livery in a throwback color scheme, the 500 EXC-F SIX DAYS also sports a Chromoly steel double-cradle framed paired with a new lightweight aluminum subframe, Brembo brakes, a 48mm WP XPLOR USD fork, and a WP XPLOR mono-shock mated to a single-piece aluminum swing-arm. KTM has yet to reveal pricing, though for more info you can check out the link below.
