Shelby’s F-250 Super Baja Off-Road Pickup Boasts 1,050FT-LBS Of Torque & 475HP

Whether dealing with classic roadsters or modern-day high-power pickups, the Shelby name is synonymous with quality, comfort, and hair-raising performance capabilities. And after the immense success of Shelby’s F-150 and Raptor, the American tuning outfit has now rolled out an even more potent and imposing pickup with the brand’s 2021 Shelby F-250 Super Baja.

Starting with Ford’s Super Duty F-250 Lariat, the F-250 Super Baja is powered by a 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 Turbo Diesel engine that’s mated to a 10-speed auto transmission and generates a best-in-class 475hp and an outrageous 1,050ft-lbs of torque from as early as 1,600rpm. Riding on custom 18” off-road wheels shod in 37” BFG rubber, the three-quarter-ton truck sports a generous array of top-shelf off-road upgrades including a 40″ curved LED light bar, a 50″ power actuated LED light bar, and a pair of 11.75″ LED drive lights, a powder-coated steel chase rack and bumpers, bed-carried spare wheels, a custom DBS lift kit, and a proprietary suspension system developed by FOX in conjunction with Shelby. Inside, the F-250 Baja gets exclusive full leather seat covers, stainless steel gauges, custom carbon fiber accents, embroidered floor mats, and billet racing pedals. Limited to only 250 units in total, the 2021 Shelby F-250 Super Baja starts at $125,805 (including the F-250 donor and a three-year / 36,000-mile warranty).
