Lexus Is Building 60 Of Its GT3-Derived Fuji Speedway Edition RC F Models

Though it was first unveiled in 2013, it wasn’t until 2020 that Lexus introduced a track version of its RC F, offering a best-in-class power-to-weight ratio, and the company’s most powerful V8 engine ever, with the 5.0L mill cranking out 472hp and 395ft-lbs of torque. The F-spec “Radical Coupe” is now being treated to an even more impressive upgrade package for 2021 with the RC F Fuji Speedway Edition.

Named after the race track that Toyota—Lexus’ parent company— has owned since 2000, the FSE takes a myriad of lessons learned from the RC F GT3 IMSA racer. As such it’s fitted with a revised carbon aero kit, Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes, a full titanium exhaust, Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S rubber, and LED lighting throughout. Cloaked in one of three special liveries, the RC F FSE also sports a red leather interior with high-back race seats and Alcantara and carbon fiber accents and inserts. Capable of sub-four-second 0-60mph runs, each specimen is sold with a matching limited edition MSTR automatic movement watch. Production is limited to just 60 units in total, though pricing and an official release date have yet to be revealed. For more info, you can check out the full press release linked below.
