Jaguar Gives The 2021 F-Pace An All-New Interior And A Hybrid Powertrain

Yearly model refreshes typically bring little more than an aesthetic update — switch up the lines here, slap on a different bumper there, and call it a day. As such, very rarely do auto makers hear our pleas to fix existing flaws. Sure, that new splitter looks nice enough, but it does nothing to help the problems with the ride.

However, Jaguar appears to be listening, because the 2021 F-Pace sports some serious upgrades. For starters, the 2021 model receives a complete interior redesign, with an 11.4-inch HD touchscreen display 48% larger than the outgoing version. It also gains Jag’s Pivi Pro infotainment system, which simplifies the user experience by offering 90% of its functionality in just two taps from the menu. And when it comes to touchpoints, the F-Pace gains an updated steering wheel, an all-new center console, and some improved seating. But the changes aren’t restricted to the cabin — the 2021 F-Pace will come in three different powertrain options. The 4-cylinder base model is joined by a pair of mild-hybrid inline-sixes: a 335hp S 340 and a 395hp R-Dynamic S 400. If you’re craving luxury SUV performance, the latter will do 0-60 in just 5 seconds. While pricing has yet to be announced, the 2021 F-Pace will drop soon.
