Hennessey Turns Ford’s F-150 Into An 805HP Supercharged 4×4 Super-Truck

Back in August Ram released its mighty 1500 TRX super-truck, squarely taking aim at the Ford Raptor with a markedly superior spec-sheet. Though mechanical gurus at Hennessey Performance Engineering are giving Ford fans the ammunition needed to fire back, bestowing America’s most popular pickup truck with Hennesseys signature ultra-high-performance treatment.

Known as the VENOM 800 SUPERCHARGED, the heavily-upgraded pickup is based on Ford’s 2021 F-150 Platinum Edition Super Crew 4-door truck and its 5.0L V8 engine. From there, the turn-key super-truck gets a 3.0L supercharger, fuel system and injection upgrades, a custom intercooler, HPE engine management calibration, and a stainless steel cat-back exhaust that collectively allow for an output of 805hp and 727ft-lbs of torque, 3.6-second 0-60mph times, and sub-12-second standing 1/4-mile runs. Other noteworthy upgrades include 20” HPE wheels shod in 35” off-road tires, a 6” lift kit, custom HPE bumpers with integrated LED lighting, Brembo six-piston front calipers, and special HPE and VENOM 800 badges. Limited to 100 units, the HPE VENOM 800 SUPERCHARGED Ford F-150 starts at $149,500, with deliveries slated to commence in Q2 of 2021.
