For the last quarter-century, ROUSH Performance has been modifying various factory Ford offerings, upgrading the American-made models, bolstering performance, and typically adding a few style points while they’re at it. And the latest Ford to undergo ROUSH’s high-performance upgrade treatment is the new 2020 F-150 5.11 Tactical Edition.

The result of a collaborative effort between ROUSH and noted California-based tactical garment and gear purveyor, 5.11 Tactical, the limited-edition pickup boasts a 5.0L V8 with a 2.65L ROUSH Supercharger that generates a cool 650hp and 610ft-lbs of torque. Riding on a set of custom blacked-out 20” ROUSH rims shod in 33” all-terrain rubber, the 5.11-spec F-150 features improved clearance, dampening, and travel thanks to a ROUSH/Fox 2.0 Performance Series suspension setup. Offered in Agate Black or Abyss Gray, the truck sports a digital-camo graphics kit, plus various 5.11 and ROUSH badging and branding, custom ROUSH grille, and fender flares with integrated accent lighting. Inside, the full-size pickup packs custom ROUSH leather seats with diamond-stick backs and embossed American flag headrests, ROUSH instrumentation, and a control for the truck’s ROUSH Active Cat-Back Performance Exhaust system. Built by hand at ROUSH’s Plymouth Township facility and limited to only 150 units, the 2020 ROUSH Ford F-150 5.11 Tactical Edition has been priced starting at $31,000.
