2020 Range Rover Velar SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition
If you’ve been paying attention to Range Rover’s upcoming unveils over the past few months, you’d know that a luxurious new Velar has been in its final production stages. Instead of adopting the same performance specs as its predecessor, however, the newest SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition will improve upon the original in almost every way.
The new SVAutobiography will feature a range-topping 5.0-liter V8 that, alongside the vehicle’s tastefully-tuned supercharger, will produce a staggering 542-horsepower and 502 lb-ft of torque. An eight-speed Quickshift automatic transmission and electronic active differential help to carry the vehicle from 0-62 in 4.5 seconds, topping out at 170 miles per hour. The all-wheel-drive SUV has also received some much-needed updates to deal with the incrementally impressive power, including an uprated transfer box, larger brakes for increased stopping capability, and a reevaluated front bumper that increases airflow to the vital parts of the vehicle. The interior will receive a number of aesthetic improvements, including sport-inspired steering components and aluminum shifters, alongside Windsor leather upholstery. What’s more, the SVAutobiography will only be available for one year upon release, giving the top-spec SUV an exclusive element that collectors everywhere will find attractive.
