Jack Roush is undeniably one of the all-time most celebrated names in American motorsport. After graduating from university, the Kentucky-born automotive legend spent brief stints working at marques like Ford and Chrysler before leaving to form his own outfit in 1970. 50-years later, and Roush has left an indelible mark on the sport, operating a number of subsidiary outfits under the Roush Enterprises banner. And with 2020 marking 50 years since the start of Roush’s illustrious journey, ROUSH Performance is celebrating the occasion via the release of a supercharged special edition Mustang model.

Christened the 2020 Jack Roush Edition Mustang, the transformation turns the Ford donor into a bonafide track weapon, generating 775hp and 670ft-lbs of torque and firing off  sub-3.5 seconds 0-60mph runs. The most powerful ROUSH Mustang ever produced, the modern muscle car sports a full aero kit with an active carbon wing, diamond-machined 20″ rims, Brembo six-pot calipers, MagneRide suspension, and a ROUSH active exhaust, Phase 3 Supercharger, and a custom interior. In total, ROUSH Performance will be producing 60 Jack Roush Editions, all of which will be built by hand at ROUSH’s Plymouth, Michigan facility. Available for order now, the 2020 Jack Roush Edition Mustang starts at $50,995, (plus the cost of the base vehicle).
