Dipping into the golden age of racing, Aston Martin’s DB4 GT Zagato is one of the rare, shining stars from that period. The lightweight, handcrafted vehicle has a thin skin of aluminum along with a 3.7-liter straight six engine, blending style and function flawlessly. There were only 19 examples made, but another 19 will be added under the name of the Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato Continuation.

The Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato Continuation model is faithful to the original machine in almost every aspect. It has a hand-shaped aluminum body panels, a lightweight tubular frame, and an FIA-approved roll cage, which lines up with the original build. However, there are some upgrades, including the 4.7-liter inline-six with 390 horsepower mated to a four-speed manual transmission and a carbon fiber racing seats. The 19 DB4 GT Continuation cars are built at Aston Martin’s Heritage Division headquarters, and the first of the series will stun fans at this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans, starting June 15. If you’re looking to own one of this rare vehicle, you’ll need a little luck and some green, as it will set you back $7.6 million.

Purchase: $7.6 million
