Just like you can try on shoes virtually with the new Wanna Kicks AR app, American eyewear retailer Warby Parker is making it possible to try on frames digitally as well. The Warby Parker app is being updated with a convenient virtual try-on feature so you can make sure the dashing frames on display look just as good on your face.

The virtual try-on feature utilizes AR, allowing you to preview eyewear on your face with spectacular detail. Thanks to the iPhone X’s ‘TrueDepth’ camera, which projects 30,000 infrared dots onto your face to create stunningly accurate facial topography, the virtual try-on feature can model the actual fit of eyeglasses. The feature will track your face so you can move around to preview the stylish eyewear from different angles. Of course, if you want to make absolutely sure the frames you choose are right for you, Warby Parker will still send you frames to test out in-person before you make a purchase commitment. As of this moment, the ingenious app and its advanced feature are only available for iOs. You can download the Warby Parker app right now.
