Christopher Nolan’s box office phenomenon, Interstellar, was a crowning achievement of 2014’s sci-fi cinema featuring a cast, crew, and set design that was, for lack of a better term, out of this world. While a number of well-placed products were utilized within the film, one very specific wrist-accessory stood out to many fashion-minded viewers: Hamilton’s Khaki Field Auto watch.

While the original was created exclusively for use within the film, a resounding coo from moviegoers who solicited Hamilton for information on the handsome horological device led to the announcement of “Murph,” a Khaki Field variant that was styled to mimic the movie’s pivotal piece of wristwear to a “T.” A 42mm stainless steel case and an H-10 automatic movement adorn the special edition watch, which also sports an 80-hour power reserve and 100 meters of water resistance. In reference to the watch used in one of the movie’s most memorable scenes, the Murph houses a Morse code “eureka” that’s been lacquer-printed on the second hand — catapulting the film-themed watch into the collector’s realm. Better yet, the first 2,555 pieces sold will receive an exclusive packaging based on one of the film’s most defining moments.

Purchase: $995
