Sometimes it seems like every third custom motorcycle we see is a BMW. While that can cause a bit of Beamer fatigue, it also means the ones that stand out are all the more special. And Vagabund Moto’s 1991 BMW R 100 R ‘Moto 11,’ is nothing if not special.

It’s pretty easy to take a donor bike and strip it down to its most minimalist form, but managing that while still making it an eye-catching build takes real talent — as is the case here. Of course, stripping this bike down is hardly all the Austrian firm did to make it so beautiful. In fact, they also swapped in a new custom tank, gave it a powder-coated headlight and shortened handlebars (with LED turn signals), equipped it with a stunning brown leather seat, reworked the front forks, and so much more. This bike truly is minimalist mastery at its finest.
