As many of us know, the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is one of the best bang-for-your-buck SUVs available, with some of the most impressive off-roading capabilities off-the-lot. The one place it suffers, however, is probably styling. But that’s where Legacy Coachwork comes in with their top-notch Woodland Conversion.

Available for any Wrangler Unlimited from 2007 to the present, this kit transforms your off-road-ready SUV into a retro-styled, wood-paneled beauty — like the Wagoneers of long ago. And while they revamp both the exterior and interior perfectly, they’re also careful not to overlook capabilities and performance. You see, while they look like SUV icons from days passed, they come with your choice of a modern 3.6L Pentastar V6 or 2.8-liter common rail diesel engine — the former boasting 285 horsepower with 260 pound-feet of torque and the latter offering fewer ponies but a torque rating of over 339 foot-pounds. They’re also available with Dana 44 front and rear axles equipped with Tru-Lok locking differentials for all your all-terrain needs. Pricing starts at $172,000.

Purchase: $172,000
