Smart dumbbells have been around for a few years, but now the technology used to make weight-changes quick and convenient has been added to the kettlebell. The Russian workout tool with its simple design consisting of a cannonball-shaped weight and a curved grip has been given a digital upgrade by Jaxjox.
The Jaxjox Kettlebell Connect is the first of its kind, combining six weights in one as you can make quick changes between 12 and 42 pounds in just three seconds. Its bullet stacking system makes the effortless weight-changing possible, as the design uses a rotating weight core to lock-in and release plates. You can even track stats with the smart kettlebell’s accompanying workout app, including weight, sets, reps, rest time, and even your fitness IQ, which allows you to see your progress over time. The base of the Kettlebell connect is a charging station and one charge will last you around 14 days so you can use this smart device to improve your endurance, strength, and balance for a while before having to juice it up.
