Booker’s 30th Anniversary Bourbon

For those who are unfamiliar, the Noe family has been making whiskey for seven generations — most notably, under the Jim Beam label (Booker Noe II is actually Jim Beam’s grandson). The family also makes small batch bourbon under their own label, Booker’s — named for Booker Noe II. And this year marks the 30th anniversary of their first batch. To celebrate, they’ve released a limited edition blended whiskey.

Aptly named Booker’s 30th Anniversary Bourbon, this extra-aged, uncut, unfiltered blend of the brand’s 9- and 16-year-old bourbons pays tribute to the Noe legacy. And while the liquor itself is something special, there’s even more history built into its packaging, as each bottle comes in a wooden box made from reclaimed timber from the Noe family’s rackhouses — where Booker himself would personally select batches for bottling. Bottled at 125.8 proof, this instant classic bourbon whiskey will set you back $200 a bottle.
