2019 Range Rover Sport SVR
While Land Rover and their Range Rover sub-brand have a long and storied history, much of that is in the realm of all-terrain capabilities as opposed to speed and performance. But they’ve just taken a big leap in the other direction with their 2019 Range Rover Sport SVR.
Billed as the fastest Land Rover vehicle ever built, this bad boy has a supercharged 5.0L V8 engine good for 575 horsepower and 516 foot-pounds of torque — giving it a 0-62 time of just 4.3 seconds. It’s so quick, in fact, that it broke China’s 99-turn Tianmen Road speed record with a time of 9 minutes 51 seconds — beating the previous record, held by a Ferrari 458 Italia, by a whopping 80 seconds. Of course, it’s still a capable off-roader with 4WD, a high ground clearance, and a wading depth of up to 29.5 inches and it’s loaded with plush and high-tech interior features. Altogether jaw-dropping in its impressiveness, you can own this supercar 4×4 SUV starting at $113,900.
