2019 Jeep Gladiator ‘Wayout’ Concept

Finally unveiled for the 2019 year, Jeep and Mopar’s Easter Safari concepts are all about showcasing the re-release of their Gladiator off-road pickup. And while the builds are wide-ranging in style and purpose, our favorite modern one might just be the 2019 Jeep Gladiator ‘Wayout’ you see before you.

Built to take advantage of the pickup’s class-leading payload, this functional concept comes equipped with an armored body perfect for fending off any weather you might face on the trails, a custom bed rack with an integrated ladder, and a two-person rooftop tent to keep you safe and snug when you’re done driving and ready for some well-deserved rest. It also comes with a custom integrated rack system with a Mopar/Decked storage drawer system, 270-degree awning with amber LED task lighting, an ARB onboard air system, a 12,000-pound Warn winch, a performance snorkel, and so much more. Basically, the takeaway is this: the ‘Wayout’ is a mobile basecamp that’s as accommodating as it is capable — with styling and substance to spare.
