Husqvarna’s Vitpilen 701 Is Reimagined As A Vibrant Retro Bike

Some motorcycle builds are such head-turners that they speak for themselves, as is the case with this two-wheel dream. The 2019 Husqvarna Vitpilen 701 Motorcycle by Outsiders is a road rocket dipped in vibrant colors that is a bonafide street stunner.

This bike is the first non-client build for the Outsiders, as it’s coming fresh from the factory. Both the frame and the swingarm were made with a tubular shape for a cleaner aesthetic. The tank design is aggressive with an angular aesthetic, as the Outsiders wanted a clean line along the subframe, tank, and fender. It also has Neken handlebars and risers, a top clamp made by Scheffers Engineering, and a custom 42mm 316 stainless steel exhaust system with elbows. The mix of pink, magenta, and blue colorways give the new motorcycle a retro feel, matching the shades of the Big Trouble Pizza restaurant in Toronto, Canada. The motorcycle had plenty of fans at Bike Shed London 2019, including the owner of Big Trouble Pizza, who slapped his pizza shop sticker on it to claim the bike.
