The Maxlider Ford Ranger Is A Formidable & Loaded 4×4

While the Maxlider Brothers and their customization firm specialize in bringing classic vehicles into the modern era with a slew of noteworthy upgrades, they don’t exclusively cater to the throwback crowd. In fact, they’ve partnered with none other than Ford to transform the newly rereleased Ranger pickup truck into a fully-loaded, adventure-ready off-road 4×4.

Called simply the Ford Ranger Maxlider Edition, this upcoming vehicle will actually be available to purchase through authorized Ford dealerships. And the upgrades are so extensive and enticing, there’s no way they’re not going to sell out — maybe even before they’re built. On top of everything that comes with the already-capable Lariat package, the pickup truck also gets a premium 6″ BDS Suspension lift kit, FOX shocks, your choice of all-terrain or mud tires, an LED-equipped roof rack, and an engine tune-up and intake pipe that’s good for an extra 80+ horsepower. There’s no word yet on price, but if you’re looking to get behind the wheel of this beefy bedded brawler, you can find dealers through the Maxlider site.
