Known as the German car manufacturer’s more premium sporty hybrid vehicle, the i8 looks to get a performance and body upgrade on the new 2019 model. It’s all a part of BMW’s efforts to enhance the allure of sustainable driving – well accomplished with the help of this updated roadster.

Thanks to optimized BMW eDrive technology, total output on the i8 has been upped to 369 hp while a refined high-voltage battery simultaneously increases overall capacity with range on the vehicle up 3 miles on pure electric power from the previous model. It can now also hit upwards of 65 mph without any assistance from the petrol engine and the roadster’s soft top can withdraw leaving the car topless in under 16 seconds. Additionally, a new E-copper tone adorns the exterior, New Tera World Copper with E-Copper upholstery adorns the interior, and some carbon fiber interior trim rounds things out quite nicely.
