There are a ton of different ways to emulate surfing, whether that be through adapted skateboards, smaller cruiser boards, or the make-believe nine-foot longboard you’ve been shredding up and down your favorite hill for the past five years. Finally, Waterborne has created an adaptor that you can attach to your existing skateboard to catch a concrete wave when the ocean swell isn’t up to par.

The Surf Adaptor is a coupling that allows for an extended range of movement when installed between your skate deck and truck system. Its unique design allows users to pump, carve, and control slides just like they would on an actual surfboard. It boasts turns up to three-times tighter than those with normal skate trucks as well as improved flow and articulation. The kit includes everything you need, from the actual coupling to risers and hardware, and can be mounted on either old-school or new-school decks. Slap one of these on your favorite board and you’ll never hate a flat-swell again.
