Leica has introduced a slew of upgraded models this year and every new iteration of their famous platform leaves consumers with a more powerful camera system. The D-Lux 7 is one such camera, touting a variety of new upgrades to the classic Leica body and even introducing some long-awaited quality of life upgrades.

The new Leica will feature a 17MP 4/3 sensor for extremely balanced low-light performance, which pairs nicely with it’s versatile all-purpose fixed 24-75mm Vario-Summilux f/1.7-2.8 zoom lens. It boasts a high-resolution electronic viewfinder with a three-inch touch display and a post-focus 4K photo feature, which is a first for the D-Lux line. Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity both allow instantaneous review in the Leica FOTOS app, alongside a 4K video feature that utilizes 100Mbit/s recording in either 24, 25, or 30fps. The classic Leica body will retain the traditional black, silver, and red silhouette found in the brand’s flagship models.

Purchase: $1,195
