Driven by some of the world’s best wheelmen, including Juan Manuel Fangio and Peter Collins, this awe-inspiring, marvelous machine was raced as an official Scuderia Ferrari Works car on three continents for two seasons in the ‘50s. The fabled 1956 Ferrari 290 MM by Scaglietti will be headed to the auction block and is expected to go for an enormous mountain of cash.

The Ferrari 290 MM began its life with Ferrari’s new Tip 520 chassis and had its first outing at the Mille Miglia, one of the most illustrious motor racing spectacles on the planet, where it came in second. It went on to participate in many more races, including the Nassau Trophy and Memorial race with Stirling Moss behind the wheel. The legendary vehicle went through a three-year restoration process in 1998 and was certified and fully restored by Ferrari Classiche in 2011. One of only three surviving models in the world, this Ferrari 290 MM maintains its original chassis, Tipo 130 V12, gearbox, and body. This is one of the rarest cars in sports racing history and it’s all yours if you have between $22,000,000 and $26,000,000 to spare.

Purchase: $22,000,000+
