Nitecore is plenty well-known in the world of everyday carry for making some of the best flashlights available. But it looks like they’re looking to diversify their catalogue and expand their expertise, starting first with an EDC-focused cutting tool called the NTK10 Titanium Utility Knife.

With a futuristic style that wouldn’t look out of place in a sci-fi movie, the NTK10 boasts a machined high-grade titanium body precisely machined to a tolerance of just 0.001mm. That body is mated to a replaceable OLFA CKB-2 blade, which has a 30-degree cutting edge that’s much longer and more comfortable to use than standard razors or X-acto blades. The handle also features a sliding deployment with a locking mechanism to keep the blade secure during use, as well as a built-in bottle opener and glass-breaker tip, for leisure and emergencies, respectively. This impressive purpose-driven EDC cutting tool can be yours for $140.

Purchase: $140
