Looking to enhance the grooming experience, Gillette teamed up with Formlabs to create a personalized razor handle design system dubbed Razor Maker. The new platform allows you to design the handle of a reliable Gillette blade, giving your razor a personality of its own.

With the help of Formlabs, Gillette is able to 3D print your customized razor blade handle with state-of-the-art stereolithography printing technology (SLA). All you need is a vision in mind and you can start the creative process by choosing from a wide range of 48 intricate designs from the Razor Maker website. Then you can pick one of seven color options and add text to the design if you wish. It doesn’t end there, as you can incorporate images from 200 pre-populated graphics on the site or upload photos of your own, allowing your imagination to run wild. The handles are able to accommodate Gillette’s MACH3 or Fusion5 ProGlide razor cartridges. Once you’re done, your personalized razor blade will arrive at your doorstep in a few weeks — a great addition to your daily shaving kit.
