It used to be that all a motorcycle helmet needed to do was keep your skull protected. But, as the world and technology have advanced, conveniences once left to cars are available and more than welcome for bikers. Perhaps no high-tech helmet does it better, however, than the upcoming Jarvish X-AR Smart Motorcycle Helmet.
Yes, virtual heads-up displays are now a fairly commonplace addition to motorcycle helmets, and Jarvish has a great one that shows speed, GPS directions, weather, time, and more. It’s also got some other things you might expect, like an onboard speaker and microphone system and Bluetooth connectivity. But what really sets this lightweight carbon fiber dome protector apart is that it is also compatible with virtual assistance, such as Alexa, Siri, and even Google. Pair that with voice controls, both front and rear 360-degree cameras, and noise-reducing built-in tech and this might be the closest thing to being Iron Man we’ve gotten so far. Jarvish is set to release in early 2019.
