If you have an appreciation for fine alcoholic beverages, you should make it a point at least once to visit France’s wine country. Of course, the experience will be made all the better if your accommodations are on par with such an opulent expedition. But that’s no problem, so long as you choose to stay at Bendol, France’s Villa On The Rocks AirBnb rental.

Atop a hillside surrounded by vineyards, this stunning manor is built from bare concrete blocks, local stone, steel, glass and wood – perfectly entwined in an echo of the local scenery. And while it’s clearly gorgeous, looks might be a bit deceiving – as it’s actually much larger than first glances might suggest. Comprised of four stories, this vacation home features an entrance hall, large garage, lounge, dining area with a full kitchen, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a study, and – topping it all off – a 91-foot lap pool with aquarium-style walls built into the structure of the house (meaning you can view swimmers while relaxing inside). The whole property is available for rent at $692 a night.

Purchase: $692+
