Put simply, Monkey 47 – the distillery headquartered out of Black Forrest, Germany – makes some excellent gin. But when they aren’t pushing superb spirits, they’re apparently enjoying a jaunt in one of the most gorgeous unrestored classic SUVs we’ve ever seen: this 1970 Land Rover 109.

Besides the fact that the distillery’s founder, Alexander Stein, likes to drive her around when he has a chance, details on this beauty are unfortunately scarce. From the looks of it, however, this SUV appears to be all-original – right down to the 2.6-liter gas engine under the hood and her mint green paint scheme. Complete with a spare tire on the hood and a full-length roof rack, this beauty looks just as ready to go on safari as ever – and we’re just pleased to see her getting the love and respect she deserves.
