There’s no denying Icon 4×4’s prowess when it comes to building custom vehicles, and their line of vintage-styled Derelict cars and SUVs are some of the most beautiful. But, up until now, they had surprisingly never done a Ford Bronco. But that’s no longer true, thanks to this gorgeous 1966 example.

While the exterior of this Bronco is gorgeously weathered – right down to its chipped paint and just the right amount of rust on the body panels – under the hood, it’s completely overhauled. In fact, Icon 4×4 made a bold move, dropping a Coyote 5.0-liter V8 engine from a 2018 Mustang into it. If you’re keeping score, that means this SUV comes loaded with 460-horsepower. But that’s not all the upgrades – it also got a new an Art Morrison chassis, Fox Racing coil-over springs, Dana axles, and a five-speed AX15 manual transmission. And to make sure it stays in this beautiful condition, the whole things was finished with a protective clear coat of paint. Well done, once again, Icon 4×4.
