Famous for being the long-time manufacturer of one of the world’s best fighting fixed blade knives, Ka-Bar has been a long time staple of the outdoor gear world. But now they’re inching into the everyday carry space, as well, with their very first flipper knife, the Mark 98.

This beefy blade is everything you’d expect from the lauded knife-making brand: aggressive, tough, and capable. This is thanks both to its black-finished 5Cr15 SS spear point blade and textured G10 handle scales. But it’s also more pocket friendly and EDC-compatible, with a total length of 8.188″ (with a 3.5″ blade) when open and just under 4.7″ closed. It also has a reversible pocket clip for both tip-up and tip-down carry, and weighs just 5.6 ounces. For just $25, you can carry this badass flipper from a legendary brand.

Purchase: $25
