While you’re probably familiar with his more famous projects, like the perennial Fallingwater house, Frank Lloyd Wright was such a prolific architect that projects of his creation continued to be built after his death. One such project, in fact, has just gone up for sale.

Called the Haddock House (after the physicist who had it built), this 1938 design wasn’t actually finished until 1979, 40 years after Wright’s death. But the integrity of the home is completely in tact, as it was actually done by Wright’s own firm, Taliesin Associated Architects. Built on ten acres of land in Ann Arbor, Michigan, this home perfectly exemplifies the architect’s Prairie style – seamlessly integrating the building into the surrounding landscape. The inside is modest in size, but big on style, with two bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, a trio of fireplaces, and both wood and exposed brick throughout. For $1.2 million, this gorgeous home could be yours.

Purchase: $1,200,000
