Most people are familiar with Bob Dylan from a musical standpoint, even if they don’t know it. After all, it was he who penned the pivotal Jimi Hendrix song, All Along The Watchtower. You might not know, however, that he is also a Nobel Prize-winning author, accomplished metalworker, and – now – a whiskey distiller.

For years, Bob Dylan and his Heaven’s Door label have been preparing to release a trio of American-made whiskeys, each a wonderful stand-alone spirit with a story as unique as their flavor profile. Now, finally, they have been unveiled: a Tennessee straight bourbon, a triple whiskey barrel-aged blend, and a straight rye. Designed to be as distinct and memorable as any of the musician’s songs, these spirits are set to be released in May, but can be preordered now starting at $60 a bottle.

Purchase: $60+
