This might not be the first customized R80 we’ve come across in the past (they’re a highly preferred platform for customization in the bike world) but this might be one of the most aggressive. Which, naturally, isn’t a bad thing at all in our minds.

It comes compliments of Barbara Custom Motorcycles’ design house in which they’ve yet again outdone themselves in transforming an old bike into a futuristic two-wheeled beast ready to tear up the asphalt. Of course, Barbara Custom opted to upgrade several of the R80’s most attractive features – such as a contemporary RnineT swingarm, sleek single-piece front fairing, aerodynamic saddle, and USD front forks that are now fitted to the frame. Straight out of future yet a blast from the past, this is one conceptual design we’d love to get our hands on.
