When they first released their jaw-dropping Bass 770 Mustang-based luxury supercar, Equus proved their mettle beyond the shadow of a doubt. But for anyone who wasn’t quite sure of their automotive prowess, they’re back with a sequel: the Corvette-based Throwback.

Demonstrating the same masterful balance of both innovation and inspiration, this new vehicle again takes a classic American Muscle Car and injects adrenaline straight into its DNA. The result is a beautiful, sleek, and unique exterior betraying the beast beneath the hood. The engine, by the way, is capable of pumping out 1,000 horsepower, 822 ft-lbs of torque, and gives the Throwback a top speed over 220 mph and a 0-60 time of just 2.5 seconds. The customizer’s goal was to create the ultimate Corvette; we think they succeeded. Limited to just 25 examples, this beastly muscle car starts at $130,000.

Purchase: $130,000+
