With a name like the Himalayan, it’s no secret Royal Enfield’s newest iteration breathes new life into the world of adventure bikes. Even better, now the historically difficult motorcycle to purchase stateside is available in the good old US of A – and at a modest price point to boot.

At the Himalayan’s core is a reliable 411cc fuel-injected engine complete with a five-speed gearbox for uphill and downhill treks. The resulting output is 24.5 BHP  in conjunction with 23.6 ft lbs of torque. Additionally, while Royal Enfield markets this bike as an all-terrain multi-day tourer, its modest power plant and sleek appearance also make the Himalayan a fantastic daily sled as well (especially for those spending their time in higher altitudes). Dual purpose tires also handle any terrain with ease, 9-inches of ground clearance ensures easier transport through tough tracts, and the upright riding position keeps you comfortable for those extended rides. Available in April 2018.
