Gerber, a brand well known in both the EDC and tactical gear worlds, has a pretty large catalogue of hard-use tools available for purchase. Recently, that catalogue got a little bit bigger – and a lot more focused. You see, they’ve just introduced a whole collection of freshwater fishing gear.

Activity-focused gear isn’t new for Gerber – they already have collections of hunting, EDC, and survival tools – but this is their first full foray into the world of fishing. And, so it seems, they’ve got everything covered but the rod. This collection includes numerous pieces to help you from cast to fillet – including their hot-forged Magnipliers, Processor and Neat Freak scissors, a pair of carabiner line vises, the Freehander line management tool, their Gutsy compact processing tool, and the Linedriver line management multi-tool. They even came out with three different lengths (6, 8, and 10 inches) of their Controller fillet knife. So, if your tackle box is full of tools that are a little worse for wear, maybe you should pick up some of this superb Gerber gear. Pricing starts at $22.

Purchase: $22+
