We couldn’t tell you why the bomber jacket has weathered just about every fad since it was first designed in the early 1900s. We’re just glad it has. Otherwise, we’d never have a jacket as nice as the Rivay Camden Wool Cashmere Bomber.

The NYC-based clothing brand behind this take on the MA-1 chose to keep the classic cut of the bomber and focus their energy on finding the best fabrics to build the jacket with. For the shell and collar of the jacket, the designers chose a Japanese-milled cashmere wool fabric and a real shearling collar dyed tonal blue in New York. Because even the best wool fabrics don’t go all the way when it comes to keeping you warm, the jacket also has a top quality Primaloft insulation set under its diamond-stitched nylon liner. All things said it’s an incredibly handsome, and warm jacket ideal for winter wear.
