The Jeep Wranger Rubicon is easily one of the greatest adventure vehicles you can drive off the lot. So, when we tell you that this Mopar-modified 2018 model – unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show – blows the factory-standard one out of the water, we want you to understand exactly how much that means.

You might first notice that this Jeep’s four doors have been replaced by a set of 2-inch round steel tube doors – a sure sign that it was built for open-air freedom. It’s also equipped with larger-than-standard grippy rock rails, a “Stubby” bumper array with a die cast Mopar Warn winch kit, a 2-inch lift, and beefy BFGoodrich KM2 35-inch all-terrain tires around 17-inch beadlock aluminum wheels. And when we tell you this SUV shines, we mean it both figuratively and literally – as its equipped with LED off-road lights capable of producing 8,000 lumens of light. And, of course, it features a Mopar cold-air snorkel intake for deep water crossings. Truly, this impressive steed can take you and your crew anywhere.
