As the second release in a series of cognacs put together as a passion project by former Hennessy Master Blender Yann Fillioux, this unique expression marks a one of a kind blend that will never be released again into market. We’re talking exclusivity here folks, and for a reasonable rate as well.

For this particular batch, the Master Blender hand selected choice eaux-de-vie – of which the youngest was 10 years old. From here, they were aged for 18 months in coarse French oak barrels before additional aging took place in even older barrels. It was then bottled at 43 percent to highlight the precise flavor profile of this selection – boasting an aroma of young oak barrels, fresh vanilla, and the unmistakable presence of spicy notes such as nutmeg, licorice, clove, and pepper on the palate. It’s available for a limited time only, shipped to only select regions across the United States.

Purchase: $99
