Like a sleeping giant, Isuzu has awoken from its dormant nap to remind us they’re still here and still highly relevant in the automotive world. It’s all thanks to the new generation D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35 – positioned to tackle any off-road terrain.

Under the hood of the new D-Max is an updated 1.9-liter turbodiesel engine pushing out 162hp and 265lb-ft of torque. With these specs, the D-Max boasts a 3.5-ton towing capacity and a 1-ton payload making it an ideal work truck in addition to off-road recreation. The interior of the vehicle doesn’t fall short of expectations either. We’re talking a 7-inch multifunction color touchscreen, DAB radio, Apply CarPlay & Android Audio, as well as satellite navigation. The new AT35 also rides atop formidable 35-inch tires and black alloy wheels for good measure. It officially launches in October of 2017 and features a base price of around $48,900.
