Just because Knob Creek isn’t one of the most rare whiskey brands in the world, it doesn’t mean they don’t make killer spirits. In fact, they’re one of our widely-available favorites. And, wouldn’t you know it, they’re celebrating 25 years with the release of this 25th Anniversary Single Barrel Bourbon.

25 years ago, master distiller Booker Noe started a small batch movement with the first release of Knob Creek. Now, in the hands of his son, Fred, the brand is still pumping out swoon-worthy spirits. This particular one is special for being limited edition, unfiltered, and cask strength (their first ever). Also, it was aged between 12 and 13 years and has a proof of 120-125 – a symptom of the nuanced differences from barrel to barrel. Regardless of the variation, each bottle is filled to the brim with a spirit boasting a robust nose of caramel and vanilla, sweet and nutty flavors, and a long and full finish. Each of these bottles comes in a unique wooden display box and retails for $130.
