R/C drones have gotten to the point where they are fairly well-known throughout our world. They have not, however, become easily-accessible across the board, especially with regards to solid and reliable technology. But the folks behind the Bolt FPV Drone are looking to change that.

This innovative R/C flier is built on a sturdy and lightweight carbon fiber frame, features a camera which streams HD video and photos to an included innovative LCD display, and is ready to fly out of the box. That LCD display, by the way, can either be left off entirely, attached to the controller, or fits into a headset for first-person-viewing – giving the user three stages of flying styles that cover everything from beginner to advanced-level racing. It also has a flight time of up to 15 minutes per charge and a top speed of 30 mph. Best of all, although most drones with these specs and capabilities can cost up to twice as much, this one is on Kickstarter for a starting price of just $175.

Purchase: $175+
